To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@jootaay.com. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return label to ship the item back to us. Please note that the cost of shipping for returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 7 business days. If you prefer an exchange, we will send out the new item as soon as possible.
Please note that certain items, such as intimate apparel and personalized items, are not eligible for return. Additionally, any items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.
